The Center for Ministry Assessment, Inc. serves church ministry and staff candidates from many different denominations and traditions. Begun by leaders from the Christian Church Movement, C4MA has developed as a resource for anyone seeking to plant or grow a healthy church in North America. Assessment products are available for church planters, market-place to ministry candidates, international missions teams, and new staff hire candidates for virtually any ministry position.

Brent Foulke founded Christ's Church of the Capital District in Albany, NY, and serves as part of Orchard Group, a church planting agency which targets metro New York and the Northeast U.S. In addition, as Director of Special Services for Stadia East, Brent is the Director of the National New Church Conference. Brent has consulted with and assisted several dozen church plants in the U.S. and helped assess hundreds of new church leaders for several continents. Tom Jones is a veteran church planter who has founded churches in Ohio and New Jersey, and has consulted and provided coaching for church plants and new church organizations all over the country. Dr. Jones is a faculty member at Emmanuel School of Religion, Johnson City, Tennessee, where he serves as Professor of Christian Ministries and Director of the Supervised Ministerial Experience program. R. Paige Mathews, an original member of the assessment staff since the early 1990s, has served as a senior minister, church planting executive and as a part of a church planting team.
